  1. Start by Padmasan. Strongly suggest attend a class conducted by a person who is well known and does Yoga classes on on-going basis. He would be able to suggest better. There are some asanas which should not be done by people with certain health problems.

    Best thing to do is to get enrolled or at least attend a week long class to get clarity and basics cleared.

    Dont do difficult ones by yourself.
