what is a good beginners yoga dvd?
i have a bad back and im 16 so after everything me and my doctor tried we finally settled on me doing some yoga to try to help (i got x-rays and its muscle pain and nothing with my spine)

- I like the YRG Workout because they have modifications for beginners. The best pricing for the DVD's are on ebay, just search YRG. Good Luck
