I want to try Bikram Yoga because I want to get fit and I heard it is really healthy. I am worried because I don't exercise as much, I am starting to lift weights. Plus I never done regular Yoga in a long time. Do I need to do anything to prepare myself before I start taking classes? And what are the benefits in doing Bikram compared to yoga or pilates?
I do it from home 4 times a week and was able to cut out my running which was a relief on my knees and back.
