Does Fort Hood offer yoga classes to military wives?
I want to begin yoga and through mwr I can see they offer aerobics. Are there yoga classes available also? To be clear-I am not trying to lose weight-I am about 100 lbs soaking wet. Please don't try to sell me weight loss products/programs or direct me to websites.
