sorry to burst your bubble. but yoga is only good for meditation. it's the new "hip" thing to do these days... but anything you do for 2 hours in a row and you don't even break a sweat? come on... you won't lose weight doing that.
i don't mean to offend you or anyone... but people are into yoga these days because they're lazy and they don't want to get off their ass and work hard for a change... do yoga for 7 hours, and then the next day jog for 20 minutes... tell me which one made you feel like you actually worked out and burned some calories?
