any free yoga classes in nyc? i am about a month pregnant, but i need to take up something that is physical activaty for my school, and i need it for a credit. i have to do a certain amount of hours, and i dont have any money to pay for classes, but is there any yoga classes that i can take any where in the new york city. i live in the bronx but have no problem travaling to the city! i heard about ymca, are they free? and do they have any free physical acctivite that i can do? please help me! please and thank you!

i rent space in a private nursery/pre k school. how do i start a special needs class? I am an aba therapist that works with autistic kids elementary age in nyc. I have my own Business where i teach autistic kids how to inter grade socially with general ed children as well as have cooking, yoga classes and more. I am licensed for aba and speech therapy. The school I rent space in for MY classes is a licensed private nursery/pre k school. Does anyone know how I can find out about how i can start my own special ed class. I have a special ed teacher who is willing to work. I know I can do wonders with my aba background and this teacher.
